Ingredients:

1.5 liters of water
1 cup sugar (or to taste)
3-4 tablespoons starch (or optional)
Juice of half a lemon (to taste)

Instructions:

Preparation of berries:

If the berries are fresh, then wash and peel. If the berries are frozen, we defrost them.

In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
